Wedgwood black basalt coffee set and 5 little plates

  

I collected, treasured, used, enjoyed many many sets. But the time comes to downsize. I must say, I don't think I ever used anything but the coffee pot once, for flowers. They're so pleasant to look at, such perfect form, and I wish I had a thousand more tea parties in my future. But what I have is a marvellous LITTLE house with lots of nature around me and a table for four, not twelve any more.

It's a good feeling letting other people have the big parties and I'll go as a guest now! I bought this collection at a local antique/vintage store in Santa Barbara. I don't know when it was manufactured. Price is for the collection of items: one coffee pot measuring approx 7 tall; 6 adorable little plates of approx 5.5 inches diameter; one small cream and sugar set; three cup and saucer sets, and two extra cups.
