Vintage Bohemian Tea Set 17 Piece Set Burgundy Red & Gold Extra Tea Pot. This gorgeous tea set is in excellent condition and heavily trimmed with gold. The larger extra teapot was sitting on the shelf with it and has the same soldier on it with the same style of burgundy red and gold decor and is in good condition with a crack in the bottom per last photo. It's just thrown in as an extra and would be good to keep around just in case the other one has an accident.
I tested it and it holds water, so the hairline crack isn't leaking. I think its older, possibly from the 50s or 60s whereas the 17-piece set's vintage is from the 60s/70s. I don't know who the guy is on this set, possibly a Prussian general or a king or prince of an eastern bloc country? Also, people usually don't sport mustaches like he has today so the vintage could be older, maybe around the 30s or 40s? If anyone out there knows anything about this rare set, please let me know.
