This colorful teapot set with provenance from the historic Wiltsie Collection is in the King or Queen's Rose pattern in pearlware and was most likely produced in the Staffordshire region of England ca. The teapot measures 6" tall x 5" body x 9" handle to spout with 4 1/4" foot and has no cracks. There are chips and slight discoloration at the lip of the spout and a firing flaw inside the lid and a small chip to the rim of the lid. Some scratches and wear to the color are noted and there is obvious glaze wear to the handle.

The 3/4" tall x 7 1/2" plate is a-ok. The handless cup (2 1/4" x 3 5/8" with 1 5/8" foot) has nicks to the foot and the 1 1/4" x 5 1/2 saucer has nicks on the foot. The "clear" glaze is pale blue as one expects and the colors are strong with nice bold painting overall. This item is in the category "Pottery & Glass\Decorative Cookware, Dinnerware & Serveware\Cup & Saucers".
