This listing is for a lovely tea set with a Victorian theme. It isn't old, but has the feel of being old.

The background is beige and the decoration is brown. There is no metal decoration. There are 4 sets of couples on the cups. The saucer has one couple sitting on a bench with 2 dogs at their feet. The shape is interesting as it it is oval.

I haven't tried to drink out of them but this set is probably more for display than actual use. The 4 couples are repeated on the teapot and the sugar and the creamer.

The cups would hold 7 ounces. Length including handle 4 1/4. Handle to spout 4 3/4. Height 4 1/2 (with lid). Length spout to handle 10.

I recently broke my own rule and something broke even though I had 6 layers of bubble wrap around the item and more in the box, and the item wasn't that delicate!
