Next to the Blue Onion the Meissen Pink Rose was an overwhelming favorite. This pattern remains an outstanding winner to this day. Even the famous blue crossed swords are applied by hand under the glaze to minimize forgeries. If it doesnt have this mark it is not from the original Meissen that has become a benchmark for excellence. CONDITION: Used very good but used. It is obvious from the wear pattern this was a beloved piece and used. No damage or repairs to the body but there is wear on the gold.
