RARE/HTF Lefton Mr. Toodles (Maltese Dog) Tea Pot (Japan/ #4022)

  
This rare and hard to find tea pot is by Lefton. It is his of his well known and loved Mr. Toodles has big blue puppy dog eyes and blushed pink cheeks.

He has a small pink bow tie under his chin and a smaller pink bow with a blue flower on top of his head. The tip of the spout has some paint/glaze wear and an extremely tiny chip.

There were two spots where the paint and the glaze were completely worn off which have been touched up and had a durable sealer applied to them. Those spots are: on the front, left side near the top and on the back of the tea pot near the lower, center of his head. Also around this spot is a hairline crack. Please use zoom feature when viewing the photos. These touch up are not very noticeable from afar when on display.
