Hand Painted Japan Tea Coffee Set, Pot, Sugar, Creamer, 6 Cups, 6 Plates, Orchid

  
This is a beautiful vintage set. Tea pot, a lidded sugar bowl. A creamer, six cups, six plates and six saucers (23 pieces in all).

One saucer was missing but it has been replaced with a similar. One of the same size and shape. The set is hand painted and decorated with orchids and foliage on a. The hand painted work looks professional, by a factory artist. The set bears the mark GOLD CHINA HAND PAINTED OCCUPIED JAPAN.

The lidded pot is a large 9 1/2" wide from handle to spout and 7 "high with lid. The lidded sugar bowl is 6" wide included handles and 4" high with lid.

The creamer is 4 high. The six cups are 2" high with 3 1/2" opening. The six saucers are 5 1/2 in diameter.

The six plates are 8 wide. All pieces are in excellent condition with. A very usable set that is also a work of art.
