Two of the teacups have never been used. NO chips, cracks, stains, crazing or repairs. Only a hint of VERY slight wear to some of the gold gilded edges. Only can tell when held up and carefully eyeballing them. To cover all the extra padding and protection and added time needed to pack this properly.
