With gold highlights on the lids. The exact age is unknown but this is a quality tea set probably dating to the early mid 20th century. These designs were very popular in the Art Deco period.
A large nine place set plus extras. 10 x tea cups measuring 2" high and approximately 4" in diameter across the top. Saucers measuring 5.75 in diameter. Side Plates measuring 6 in diameter. 2 x biscuit serving plate approximately 7.25 in diameter. Completed with a large tea pot, cream jug & lid and covered two handled sugar bowl and a large slop bowl. All pieces are signed to the base with. Seal mark, please see photograph 7.In good used antique condition, there is a hairline on the bowl and a makers blemish on the back of the tea pot - please see photographs, this does not affect use. Free from chips, cracks & staining. The decoration is in generally good order with only minimal wear commensurate with age and use.
