CARLSBAD AUSTRIA ANTIQUE TEAPOT TRAY AND CREAMER SET 6 PIECE 1800s NAPOLEON
Beautiful and interesting Antique Porcelain Teapot Tray and Creamer Set. Tray, teapot and cover, creamer, 1 cup and 2 saucers. 19th Century Set with interesting markings "Carlsbad Austria" as well as the Napoleon mark of "N" and crown. It has been suggested that these pieces may have been made for the Napoleon family explaining the Napoleon mark.
This beautiful set includes the heavy tray which measures 14 1/2 inches long with a large image of Marshal Lefebrvre in the center. The creamer is decorated with a beautiful image of Josephine. T his is a very rare beautifully decorated set and displays very nicely. Very nice condition overall with 2 exceptions.
The teapot handle is broken off and where the handle connected to the teapot there is damage.. Check out the last picture which clearly shows the damage. When displayed this damage is not even noticeable. The other issue is that one of the saucers has a crack and is only noticeable when you tap on the saucer.
