Art Deco Farber Brothers Tea Set Silvercraft EPNS Teapot Creamer Sugar c1931

  

I have up for sale a lovely antique vintage original circa 1931 Farber Brothers SILVERCRAFT Tea Set consisting of a Teapot, Creamer, Sugar Bowl w lid. The set is EPNS Electroplated Nickel Silver and dates to 1931. The pattern is wonderful - it has what looks similar to a Flapper Type Girl holding large cornucopia type objects in either hand. The surface is textured with a unique sort of pattern.

The teapot stands roughly 10" to the top of the finial, 8-3/8" to the top of the spout and holds roughly 4 cups of liquid. The creamer stands approx 4-1/4" at its highest point and the sugar bowl stands approx 6-1/2" to the top of the finial and 5 at the handles. The set weighs approx 2lbs 9 ounces total weight. The figure of the woman is a mix of Art Deco and Art Nouveau, view the close up pics to help assess. I have no idea of the pattern name but its attractive.

The silver finish has some tarnish and such which is normal for an item of its age. ONLY THROW OUT THE BOXES AND PACKAGING AFTER YOU HAVE INSPECTED THE ITEM OR ITEMS AND FIND NO DAMAGE other than what may be noted in the condition report or shown in the pics. SAVE THE BOX AND ALL PACKAGING, PICS OF THE OUTER BOX AND INNER BOX, AND OF THE DAMAGED ITEM WOULD BE REQUIRED. THIS IS PART OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WHEN IT COMES TO DAMAGE.
