Featuring this Wonderful Antique Nippon 10 piece Tea Set to include a Teapot and lid and 4 pedestal cups and saucers in a Beautiful pattern. Fine Quality porcelain in pure white and rich cobalt blue with hand painted cameos scenes of swans, heavily decorated with raised beaded gold and many jewels in pink and turquoise, painted and decorated on all sides, fancy rich gold. Beautifully decorated and an Excellent set. Marked with the blue maple leaf hand painted Nippon mark on the teapot and the cups are marked with the green hand painted Nippon maple leaf mark all as shown.

If you know anything about Nippon then you know this is a high quality and rare set. Condition for the teapot and lid very good with no chips or cracks, the gold is excellent with just slight wear to the handle, all the jewels are intact with just one missing on top of the lid, on the very bottom near the mark is a very faint little crows foot craze line that is almost not noticeable until I did a very bright blown up photo of the Nippon mark otherwise the teapot is near perfect, for the cups and saucers 2 cups and 4 saucers are all fine with no chips or cracks just some gold wear, one cup has a very faint hairline on the inside and another cup has a small chip and a faint hairline also on the inside, overall the set is still in very nice condition and a beauty and very hard to find. For teapot 8'' tall and 8'' length, and cups and saucers sitting together are approx.

2-3/4'' tall and 3'' length and 4-1/2'' saucers a piece. Please give photos time to load.
