Animals & Co. Hand Painted Art Pottery Alligator Teapot, Signed 1984, No 740

  
Handmade ceramic teapot made in 1984 by Animals and Company in Santa Fe New Mexico. The piece is in extremely good condition with no signs of cracks or repairs. This Alligator is white with many shades of green spots and is exceptionally well decorated. There is some slight crazing but I know from collecting these teapots, they all do. Jenny Lynn and Allen Walter created limited pottery animals at Animals and Company from 1983 to 1992.
