Silver Tea Set, Sterling, Antique, 3 Piece, English, Teapot, Hallmarked 1901. A quite magnificent Edwardian hallmarked sterling silver 3 piece tea set of considerable weight, all 3 pieces hallmarked from London 1901 with the makers mark being that of Charles Stuart Harris. Each piece carries a family crest(not researched by us), no dinks , dents or repairs, slight movement of handle and lids hinge as you would expect but by no means anything drastic thats for sure. All heavily detailed with floral and foliage design making this a very desireable and eyecatching set. Tea Pot measures just short of 11 inches in length and stands 4 3/8 inches tall at highest point of handle. Sugar Bowl is huge by any standards , measures just over 8 1/2 inches across its handles and stands 3 3/4 inches tall at handles. Cream Jug measures just short of 6 inches in length and stands 3 5/8 inches tall at handle. An impressive excellent quality set in very clean order. Check out our other items.
